This is a 6 month somatic healing and coaching certification program that includes training in the mind-body modality, GoWithin Hypno-Breathwork, developed by Liz Burkholder, PMHNP, FNP. This training is for clinicians, practitioners, and coaches who want to bring forth deep transformation in their clients, as well as within themselves.
This program merges two main modalities: hypnotherapy and breathwork. This work reaches the deepest levels of the subconscious/unconscious mind, in order to heal the wounded child parts, the dysregulated nervous system, the emotional repression, and the survival patterns that may be unconsciously wreaking havoc on the body, mind, emotions, relationships, and even life.
