The Go Within Hypno-Breathwork™ training is a 5 month trauma-informed somatic healing training for clinicians, coaches, and practitioners who are ready to guide others through deep inner child healing and emotional healing and ready to be transformed themselves in the process.
Practitioners will learn the comprehensive mind-body modality, Go Within Hypno-Breathwork, developed by Dr. Liz Burkholder, PMHNP, FNP.
This is not just a training.

You’ll receive live mentorship with Dr. Burkholder, trauma-informed tools, techniques, practice sessions, demo sessions, scripts, processes, and facilitation mastery.

A Note on Investment & Integrity
This is a 4-figure investment into some of the deepest work you can do for yourself and your clients. Clinicians and coaches experience deep transformation themselves while going through this training program. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Liz Burkholder is a Doctor of Mind-Body Medicine and an Integrative Nurse Practitioner who is double board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).She is an expert in trauma healing, emotional healing, inner child healing, and somatic healing. She is trained in multiple mind-body-spirit modalities including hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga, subtle energy healing, somatic healing, and shadow work, among others.
She owns Go Within Institute (School of Mind Body Medicine) in Charlotte, NC, which was formerly a private practice known as Burkholder Wellness.Liz has helped thousands of clients heal their inner child, emotional pain, trauma, and subconscious blocks to being their authentic selves.
Liz began her own healing journey at the age of 17 during a divine intervention of being locked up in a juvenile detention center as a trauma-ridden, high-school dropout with nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and nowhere to go except within herself. She has spent her life healing herself (including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and PTSD) and becoming a healer to teach others how to heal themselves.
Liz is passionate about sharing this work with the world with the high hopes of making a massive dent in the healing of the individual, ancestral, and collective trauma on this planet.
Her motto is “Anything can be healed.” Her mission is to spread this work far and wide and to train some of the best somatic healers in the world, in order to make massive shifts in the collective trauma load. She has been doing self-healing work for almost 30 years and this is a culmination of her personal and professional studies including her own healing of trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD using these modalities. She is certain that this is some of the deepest and most transformational healing work in the world.
